A secondary and smaller citadel that was used as a watch tower by the House of Sleth in the last war. From here the warriors of Sleth can warn the Barony of any soldiers approaching from the south. Or at least that is the idea. It has been a long time since the last war and the troops grow restless. They have turned this once great military fortress into a den of gambling and vice. A place of intoxicants and smugglers.
It has also become a trading hub. Here merchants sell their wares as they pass through on their way to or back from the North. The citadel hosts two giant indoor markets with permanent shops and stalls. It has even started to attract buyers who come from the south seeking deals due to the lower prices in the north. They come up from Trem and the Principalities from in the south.
The market on the ground floor mostly deals in food and fabrics. It is brightly lit and colorful. It is also home to food stalls that offer the following local delicacies:
Lobodile Egg with Thick Grass Noodles & Fungi
Fried Jambalow Gums with Red Berries
You have to take a elevator down to the basements floors to find the second market. This is the place where illicit items can be bought and sold. It has never been officially sanctioned and has become known as 'the thieves market' but it makes so much money that it is now in no one's interest to stop it.
Further down on the lowest floors are the fighting pits - once used for training they now host matches on which the soldiers bet. These matches have created champions with a certain celebrity amongst the troops.
