The Lands of Shemka are made up of tribes of nomads that hunt packs of animals across the vast grasslands and steppes. They have no Baron but meet as a council each of the three nomadic houses getting one vote. They ride large genetically engineered bulls. They are regarded as uneducated and vulgar by the other houses.
