This citadel placed in a clearing in the forest is home to Prince Forrand Carnhold. He is known to have a serious demeanour and business like attitude and this is said to be reflected in the atmosphere he has engendered at the citadel. On the upper floors the citadel houses large and luxurious quarters that are home to the many officers of The Society of the Bond that are stationed there.
Their research is primarily into how to increase agricultural production in the region, the driving force of its large economy. Many of the lower floors feature laboratories with staff acting under their instruction.
In other areas of the lower court the prince has set up a court system to oversee grievances and rule on them in his name only referring the most important cases to him directly for a ruling. Speeding up the process was a popular move with the ordinary people that he rules. The judges of the court appear on large screens meaning that they save time by otherwise having to move between different courtrooms in the citadel and affording them the ability to oversee numerous cases at once.
