The smaller of the two citadels belonging to the House of Soletan. It consists of a single, thin, enormously high, tower, with hundreds of floors. The higher up the tower you live the greater status you have.
The ground floors contain the stables for the giant sand serpents ridden by many of the desert Houses.
They also contain fish processing plants that bring in the brave fishermans bounty from the monster ridden sea.
The rooms on the lowest floors belong to the servants of the House above those are the rooms of the local fishermen and women who risking their lives are better paid than their servant peers.
Some of the rooms higher up have grand balconies on which lavish parties are held.
The highest rooms of all are reserved for the commander of the citadel and the Baroness Vivon Soletan and her family. The Baroness does not reside at the citadel but has rooms and staff permanently on standby in cases she does decide to visit. These rooms are grand and have their own swimming pools.
