This is the private residence of the House Parco. It is said to house a range of luxuries and technological wonders. It is also said to be home to the most sophisticated torture chamber outside of the Tower of the Infernal Finders.
In the middle of the desert it contains numerous baths and water features. There are huge swimming pools and fountains.
