Cyclops

Cyclopes are a stout folk with singular eyes and large beards made of rock. They primarily live underground and many are excellent craftsmen.

Rather than hair or scabs, they grow stone pieces on their skin. They have a mineral-heavy diet and frequently farm mushrooms.

They turn to stone over the course of a couple days after death.
