The tasalik race originates from vast forested areas of their homeworld of Tasalix. Sometimes called simians, most only learn of their cultures and traditions from tasaliks who have traveled far from their native land.

Traits

Your tasalik character has a variety of abilities learned from living among its homeworld tree canopy.

Ability Score Increase. Increase one ability score by 2, and increase a different one by 1, or increase three different scores by 1. A typical tasalik adventurer tends to be dextrous and instinctive.

Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Tasalix, which is a short syllabic language with clicks.

Creature Type. You are a Humanoid.

Lifespan. Tasalik become physically capable of climbing when they reach 1 year of age. On average, they live about 60 years.

Size. Tasalik stand around 5 feet tall and average about 120 pounds. Your size is Medium.

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet, and you have a climbing speed of 30 feet.

Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only in shades of gray.

Multi-Limbed. You have four arms. You can use each arm as normal, but if at least two arms are carrying something, the two remaining arms can only be used to perform the following simple tasks: grapple someone; make an unarmed strike; or lift, drop, hold, push, or pull an object or creature. If you are holding weapons or shields with more than two arms, you choose which two arms you use to wield them at the start of your turns. The remaining arms can't do anything that requires manual precision, such as using tools or magic items or performing the somatic components of a spell.

Four Arms. You have advantage on saving throws made to resist being restrained.

Climber's Reflexes You have advantage on Dexterity saving throws made related to avoiding falling or falling damage.

Natural Hunter. You have proficiency with the Nature and Survival skills.
