An arc of lightning erupts from your arms. Each creature in a 60-foot cone must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 6d8 lightning damage and is teleported 30 feet away from you. If this would cause a target to teleport inside an object or another creature, it takes 5 force damage and is shunted to the nearest unoccupied space. A target that succeeds on this save takes only half as much damage and is not teleported.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 5th.
