Mysterious Origins

Agnes apparently comes from the fallen nation of Khaenri'ah. How that can be is unknown, as the nation fell 500 years ago. She may simply be descended from a survivor, or maybe there's some power keeping her alive. It's also possible that she's simply not human, but there's no signs of that being the case, from what has been seen of her thus far.

Abyssal Curse - Combat Utility

A unique curse that affects people from Khaenri'ah that prevent them from dying a natural death or living peacefully.

Upon the character's complication track maxing, instead of being knocked out, their complication track remains at a d12 and they gain a new permanent curse trauma starting at d4. Every time they take further complication damage while their track is maxed out, step up their curse track. Once the curse track reaches a d12 by any means, the character immediately dies and cannot be revived by any means.

The only rumored place to alleviate this curse is in the depths of the chasm. Others may exist that remain undiscovered.

Cost: This burst requires 4 Elemental Energy points to use.

When cast, lighting falls from the sky in an AOE around you, dealing 1d6 electro damage to all enemies with a reasonable range of a minimum of 10 feet, and granting all allies within range 1 additional point elemental energy, not including the caster.

Offensive skill:

You may add a 1d8 electron die to your offensive pool on your turn. Choose one enemy to taunt and lock onto you. If your attack succeeds, the chosen enemy may only target you until the end of your next turn. The effect dissipates if you choose a new target when the skill is recast, the enemy dies, or it no longer makes sense for the target lock to be in place (i.e. you flee a battle).

Defensive usage:

Enemies targeting you who are affected by the taunt of this skill have a disadvantage on their roll.
