The Ever-Changing Chaos of Limbo is a realm of pure chaos, change and impermanence where the laws of physics and other natural laws do not seem to work. Nonetheless, those with a disciplined mind can change areas of the plane as they see fit, as the Githzerai that live in fortresses they built with their strong minds. However, they are not the true natives of Limbo; that would be the Slaad. Slaad are said to have been an accidental creation of Primus, the leader of the plane of Mechanus, who tried to make order from the chaos. However, it instead resulted in the chaotic Slaad. While Slaad have a hatred for modrons and their order, Primus does not seem to care much about the Slaad and seemingly ignores them.
