Basic Training Knowledge

Training Decay

The body can't stay perfect forever, Decay can happen every year, however this can easily be stopped by doing endurance training, which will allow someone to maintain all of their trainings.

Types

Health: 30% Training Decay per Year

Stamina: 20%  Training Decay per Year

Mana: 5%  Training Decay per Year


Training Experience

Each training type will have its own levels, Expert in health does not mean you'll be expert in Mana.

Levels

Basic = 100 Total Trainings

Advanced = 1,000 Total Trainings

Expert = 10,000 Total Trainings


Max Training Amount

Each training session

[Basic] Twice daily.

[Advanced] Four times daily.

[Expert] Four times daily, halved times. [12 Hours changed to 6 Hours]


Endurance Training

Each training session

[Basic] 12 Hours, retain 10 Training sessions.

[Advanced] 10 Hours, retain 20 Training sessions.

[Expert] 4 Hours, retain 20 Training sessions.


Health Training


Maximum Health 

Each training session

[Basic]  4 Hours = +1 Maximum HP

[Advanced]  8 Hours = +3 Maximum HP

[Expert]  12 Hours = +1% HP 


Health Regeneration 

Each training session

[Basic]  4 Hours = 0.01% Maximum HP Regen

[Advanced]  8 Hours = 0.025% Maximum HP Regen

[Expert]  12 Hours = 0.05% Maximum HP Regen


Stamina Training


Maximum Stamina

Each training session

[Basic] 4 Hours = +2 Maximum Stamina

[Advanced] 8 Hours = +5 Maximum Stamina

[Expert] 12 Hours = +1% Maximum Stamina


Stamina Regeneration

Each training session

[Basic] 4 Hours = 0.01% Stamina Regen

[Advanced]  8 Hours = 0.025% Stamina Regen

[Expert]  12 Hours = 0.05% Stamina Regen 


Mana Training



Maximum Mana

Each training session

[Basic] 4 Hours = +5 Maximum Mana

[Advanced] 6 Hours = +10 Maximum Mana

[Expert] 12 Hours = +1% Maximum Mana


Mana Regeneration

Each training session

[Basic] 4 Hours = 0.01% Mana Regen

[Advanced]  8 Hours = 0.025% Mana Regen

[Expert]  12 Hours = 0.05% Mana Regen 


Fatigue Training

Fatigue is much different compared to other trainings, fatigue training is passive, the longer you stay up, the longer you'll be able to stay awake.


Maximum Fatigue


[Basic] 24 Hours = +2 Fatigue


Fatigue Regen

[Basic] 24 Hours = +0.2 Fatigue Regen
