A new settlement was constructed on the border of Shilmista Forest a few years ago. It's still small, but growing quickly. It falls within the border of Cormyr but the nearest town was annexed by Tethyr a few generations ago. I'm sure I don't need to explain how important it is that they stay a Cormyrenthian territory.
Lord Winter has already sent a detachment with the purpose of protecting villagers from whatever regional threats they may encounter, and to put the good face of Cormyr on everyone's mind. If any of you are up for it I'd like to send you as part of the second wave. Interesting stories are coming back about riches found in the forests and mountains. We all stand to make a substantial profit if true.
