This is a high priority for Lord Winter, but being more of a personal investment she doesn't want to involve the standing troops.
Everything is by the book. Two gold piece per day each for expenses, and fifty gold each for reopening the mines. I don't care how you do it. Beg, bargain, parlor tricks, but you must reopen the mine. And no killing of townsfolk!
