Vanter is the captain of the "Freedom Dawn", which is ironically a prison ship used to transport criminals to Dunbar Fortress. He had two giant jaguar pets that he uses to instill fear and keep his crew and prisoners in check.
Recently died at sea during a tragic ship wreck.
