Tupi's tuuru while capable of powered flight, prefer largely to walk about on the ground foraging for fallen fruits and seeds. Typically these animals prefer to eat a diet rich in conifers and cycads. With the occasional small vertebrate that makes it's way to them. These animals have formed a soft spot for cultivated crops like melons and cornmeal. Often to try and raid market stalls for unattended fruits to run off with.
Some of the bigger pterosaurs were nestin’ just up from the water’s edge. Seemed to be mostly out of harms way, but still pretty exposed. That didn’t seem to phase ‘em though, since they had numbers on their side. They also had these huge intimidatin’ crests, nearly as big as me, and were prancin’ about, swayin’ their heads from side to side.
