Lucian Belmont is a man in his mid-30s, standing 5'10" and 145lbs he is slender but athletic.
Lucien is not a destructive or cruel man he simply does what needs to be done and does so with ruthless efficiency. If a hit is sanctioned or someone attempts to harm him, his family or friends he has no moral inhibitions and will take what action he sees fit, even if it's murder.
He spends much of his time away on business and has very much been an absent husband and father.
Lucian holds both positions in the Neustrian Court (he spent time on both sides during the Revolution) and Weyland Court.
He holds a high-ranking position in The Black Guild.
He served in the Levant for 3 years under the Neutrian Banner.
Lucian's wife is originally from Marivel and is a member of the Weaver's Guild. She only retired to San Mellor to raise her family. She rules San Mellor with an iron fist.
