Mheshik is friendly and talkative, and he can give customers a brief layout of the city.
(Note: customers. He may be friendly, but he is also a businessman.) He knows the basic
political situation in the city, but doesn’t follow it too closely. He knows the northern part
of the city the best, as this is where he lives – just south of the Bard’s Quarter. If someone is
looking for a particular service in that area, legal or otherwise, he can point them in the
right direction.
A unshaven, stout man in his mid forties, Mheshik is found behind his cook cart (a cart that has seen many years of service) where he serves roasted lamb and jeeth with a healthy dose of spices. The odor of this food wafts throughout the area, and his stall never goes long without customers.
Jeeth stick (spiced meet on a stick): 4 chits
Lamb slice: 8 chits
Lamb sandwich: 1 sp, 2 chits
Fried potatoes: 3 chits
