It is a meeting place and recruiting ground for The Veiled Alliance.
The arch marks the entrance to Thinkers Corner, a small plaza that houses some of the
city’s famous philosophers. The dead-end square was framed by elegant townhouses, each
decorated with statues or plants to suit the individuality of the owner. Neighbors mingled
within the small sculpture garden in the center of the plaza, discussing ideas of
importance to the city.
