Chief Muuton, his guards, and his aides reside in this tall stone building while the market is in session. He conducts fairly little tribal business within the building's confines, however, as Muuton believes it is bad luck to discuss important matters hidden from the sun, moons, and elements. There are always 12 seasoned warriors near the chief, though most of them remain hidden until needed.
