Oronis

The first avangion now resident of the plane of light.  He was once the Sorcerer King of Kurn. Oronis was able to not only halt his dragon metamorphosis as Hamanu had done, but reverse it completely and begin the transformation, unbeknownst to the remaining Champions (Sorcerer Kings), into an Avangion. He built a new city, aptly named New Kurn before he was defeated by the Sorcerer Kings & Queens.
