The Darkness, is an force of nature that corrupts any land that it touches. It is know to only be found in Eilsvier, theorized as an after effect of Korellius splitting to form the gods. The Darkness gives power to who it deems worthy to spread its affliction. Those infected by the affliction are in full control of their actions, because of this it normally only infects those who are driven by passion and power. Those of "pure" heart or a heart of goodness are generally unaffected by the Darkness.
