A Pokémon Species first discovered in the Hoenn region. This Female-only Pokémon species and its male counterpart, Latios, are rare yet intelligent Pokémon. They are in tune with the emotions of their surroundings and communicate with others via telepathy. They are also able to fly and even use their down to go invisible.
