He values discipline and hard work, but he's also a bit of a control freak and wants things done his way. He expects his employees to follow his rules to the letter--something Alchemilla Brown has a hard time doing. Dr. Everett has been working at Union Chemical Plant for many years, and he's worked his way up to the position of head researcher. He's a respected scientist, and his work is well-known in the field of chemistry.

The Union Chemical Plant is a twisting, maze-like tangle of rusting girders, flame-spouting towers, bulging containment tanks, and intertwined pipes. A variety of acrid smells hang in the air around it. It's not unusual for strangely colored fluid to leak from various joins in the fatigued metal. The company spokespeople constantly issue assurances of safety, but the plant has repeatedly polluted the local environment. It's responsible for contaminating soil, illegally dumping chemicals into the river, exposing workers to unsafe conditions, and more.

On the other hand, the Union Chemical Plant is one of the largest employers in the city. That makes it difficult for the humans to crack down on them. Magical kitties, however, don’t have this problem.
