Samar Sayegh

Samar's past is a mystery that she doesn't like to talk about. She's been avoiding most politicking (and, in fact, most socialization in general) that's going on in the City, and was given her unfavorable position as a Harbor watchdog as the byproduct of a political maneuver of one of her superiors. She never complained, as the peace of her remote position allows her to both talk with the animals she likes to befriend and avoid social contact.
