Arno was a ghoul who was considered a loyal, if not particularly high-ranking, member of the Triumvirate for the better part of three years--until his abrupt and untimely disappearance six months ago, which was further complicated by accusations of potential compromise by the Citizens. He has been recently been voluntarily returned to the Triumvirate via the assistance of a newly arrived Invited, at least temporarily mortal, and claims to have spent the entirety of his disappearance half-embedded in a sewer wall. The means through which he survived this treatment is unclear. He might be just a touch mentally unstable.
