Doctrines
Walk the poison path and pray to the god of the grove, death is your gift in exchange for your worship.
Some pleasures are so intense they can corrupt the laws of the physical world. A poison that can harm is often also a medicine that can cure. You eat, drink, inhale, and rub poisons on your skin, not to harm yourself, but to absorb the powers of plants for pleasure, for power. You choose to poison yourself in a sacred ritual manner to aid in inducing trance, imbas, visions, possession, for the pulsing power they lend.
Let those who are unable to care for themselves due to illness or old age come to the sacred grove, they can spend their remaining years safe and sound here, enjoying the garden. The plants burrow beneath their skin and slowly feed, granting them the blissful long Kiss.
Plants and fungi lead aggressive, active lives struggling against each other for survival. Plants can feel what happens to them. Plants can count. Plants can communicate with each other. Plants sometimes try to control animal behavior, even human beings, but they do it subtly and often for mutual benefit, so we rarely notice, but plants are almost always at war.
