The Borderlands are a buffer between the kingdoms of Prentosias, Meihts, Cyproris, Zephra and Epanse. This largely unincorporated land is wild and considered highly dangerous and mostly unexplored. The various kingdoms make treaties for free travel and claims while in the Borderlands and it is considered a favorite haunt for ambitious corsairs looking to pillage merchant vessels on major trade routes.
