Kallyr Starbrow was the foremost Sartar leader of the rebellion and the most influential individual in Sartar. Queen of the Kheldon tribe and a member of the Royal House of Sartar, Kallyr was an Orlanth, never wedded nor bedded since she took her oath to free Sartar from the Lunar Empire.
She went to the Sky World and conquered a Sky God. She bore his power in the jewel sat in her forehead — the source of her epithet.
She warred against the Lunar Empire, in the Righteous Wind Rebellion, and Starbrow's Rebellion. The Lunars caught her several times but never managed to keep her.
She was killed at the Battle of Queens.
