About a kilometer north of Clearwine Fort is a rocky hill overlooking the surrounding countryside. Here the free men and women of the Colymar assemble each Movement Week of Storm Season to deliberate affairs, resolve disputes between the clans, and to offer sacrifices to Orlanth Rex. The Rex statue is brought from the royal palace to Assembly Hill and sacrifices are offered for peace and victory. Several thousand people gather for the assembly. People stay with kinfolk, in inns in Clearwine Fort, or set up tents around the hill.
The assembly grounds are used throughout the year by entertainers visiting Clearwine Fort.
