Aurum
Thule ‘Bearkiller’ Malachan - the former Aurum leader in the Sharn. Currently in custody of the Sharn City Guard after you captured him at his daughter's wedding, awaiting trial.
Nyx Malachan - Malachan's daughter, bride at the wedding you interrupted. As far as we are aware the marriage did not take place. Her involvement in her father’s business dealings is unknown. Current location is unknown.
Half-orcs (deceased) - you killed two half-orcs that had taken control of a House Sivis message station.
Sharn City Watch members - a number of the Sharn City Watch were in the employ of the Aurum, which is why you were hired to capture Thule Malachan. Those identified by the records you obtained have been arrested and are awaiting trial.
Others - you were advised that other members of the Aurum had been fighting in the streets in the wake of Thule Malachan’s arrest, presumably between different factions attempting to fill the void of power. Recent reports suggest that this has now died down; whether because the Sharn City Watch has got it under control or if someone has seized power is not clear.

Felica d’Cannith - member of House Cannith that originally hired you to escort an item on the Lightning Rail to Sharn. Also encountered at the wedding, where she expressed some discontent with the attempted alliance between House Cannith and the Aurum; she would prefer that House Cannith concentrated on artificing and creating, rather than political power.
Elias d’Cannith - Nyx's fiancé, Felica’s nephew. Sarran encountered him while he was rehearsing his wedding speech, and offered some pointers on calming his nerves as a distraction while Canton broke into the safe in Malachan's office. Currently residing with his father, Baron Boras d’Cannith, in their Sharn estate.
Unknown Dwarf (deceased) - attempted to steal the item that you were escorting for Felicia d’Cannith. Was accompanied by a pair of war-forged. Unclear how he has a House Cannith dragonmark, as it is passed down the bloodline; presumably he had some human ancestry, or the dragonmark is a fake.
Masque - elven rogue that left Jade Foxes after failing to be elected as Captain of the Blade, approximately a dozen left with her. Appearance unknown, as never been seen without her mask on. Current location is unknown.
Unknown Necromancer (deceased) - mentioned working for Masque. Had been hired to kill your employer Captain Dalran Icehammer, and used harpies and a tower capable of generating a cone of storm above it to bring down an airship. Not known if was a former Jade Fox.
Pilgrim’s Rest attackers (deceased) - attacked Pilgrim’s Rest in an attempt to frame you. The barbarian had a Jade Fox tattoo that had been burned away. Based on the details supplied, he has been identified as Screed, the wizard as Solera Nightinghawk, and the bard as Khylen Songbird; all former Jade Foxes that departed with Masque. The archer is not known to us, and is therefore presumably not a former Jade Fox.
Reynard d’Kundarak - hired you to infiltrate House Kundarak’s bank vaults on behalf of King Boranel of Breland.
Vincent Florantine - silk merchant who hired you to find his missing daughter.
Yalina Florantine - silk merchant’s daughter who had run off with a werewolf.
Corvus (deceased) - werewolf that was seducing teenage girls.
Strahl Crowclaw (deceased) - hired you to defend Pilgrim’s Rest. Our investigations lead us to believe that this contract was raised legitimately through our standard channels.
Poppy - labrador that belonged to Strahl Crowclaw. Appears to have followed you back to the Jade Fort, and has taken up residence in the Lusty Driad’s Flagon.
Tom (deceased) - resident of Pilgrim’s Rest that had seen the cockatrice.
Unknown villager (deceased) - had a diary implicating coercion to assist the Aurum; agreed to defend someone called Annalise. Also referenced the cockatrice having a connection to House Cannith.
Dalran Icehammer (deceased) - Captain of the Kol Korran’s Pride, an airship that you were hired to escort.
Lizardfolk (deceased) - you encountered them at the Skyhorn Lighthouse, and killed two of them. The third and final one was killed by an owlbear whilst fleeing.
Max d’Sivis - gnome that you helped rescue from the orcs that had taken over his message station.
Dorian d’Sivis - Senior Administrator within House Sivis. As thanks for liberating the message station, he sent you a letter allowing you one free communication (with certain restrictions) through House Sivis.
Master Moondancer - current master of the Path of Waves.
Master Coldrak (deceased) - former master of the Path of Waves, and Kraxor’s mentor.
Kendra Zodian - recently-elected Captain of the Blade with the Jade Foxes, and your immediate superior.
Brask - rare items dealer, that you purchased a wedding invitation from.
