A guard captain in the service of Dalgrim ir'Dain, Arramis Quinn arrested the Jade Foxes and accused them of burning down the village of Pilgrim's Rest. However Arramis himself had been behind the destruction, as he had allied himself with Masque in an attempt to frame the Jade Foxes.
