An agent from the Realm of Order, he had plans to free Elsana from captivity in SY11. The Howling Of Damned Gods, Part I and bring her to his country as a religious figurehead. He killed many innocents to do so, poisoning the soup at the refugee camp. He almost succeeded in his goal, but was slain by the party, who instead convinced Elsana to join the Reformists.
