One of the later-formed areas of The St. Louis Settlement Action, with more radicals as angry veterans returned from early discharge after Federal Selective Service Act of 2034. This was the hotbed of the vanguard party that wrote The Teamsters' Union Compact, though its activities were secret during the Settlement.
