The Jewel of the Mojave is an Arcology complex and one of the largest manmade structures on earth. It is visible from space, and its appearance is carefully cultivated in accordance with that.

The Dome

The Jewel is named after its thick faceted dome, made of pure Diamond. Through holographic nanotubules, the Dome is able to change colors or display complex images that are then visible from space. 

Most often, the Dome is kept in a neutral state, maintaining the appearance of a Diamond. During large events, the Dome may display the logo of a client or host of the event, or even footage excerpts viewable with a telescope from Luna. Purely a gimmick, but that's Vegas, baby!

The Dome is protected and repaired by a Drone Swarm, as it's the frequent target of bored potshots from La Sindicación ("La Sín") or other locals.

The Sub-Arcos

Yes, all those tacky casinos are here but now they're bigger and worse. 

The Suburbs

Not much Suburb left. Pretty damn hostile environment outside, so Outlands surrounding the city are largely deserted other than for American Motorized Combat League (AMCL).

The Resident Sector

Actually unlucky enough to be a resident of LV? Well, you live underground now. No pretty views or luxuries for you.

The Guest Sector

Ridiculous, over-the-top luxury as they can only do in Vegas.
