So there is a permanent city of locals who see a lot of these Applicants come through, and they learn not to get too fond of the pilots. But there's a lot of money in AMCL prizes, and anyone who Climbs their way to AMCL Major League will have it made. So the applicants never stop coming, and neither does their money.
