Origins
The species originated in North America.
Most early Ihchghak-kee societies were mesocarnivorous* semi-nomadic team hunters. Animal husbandry was a major aspect of their early societies.
Ihchghak-kee societies were nomadic hunter- or herder-gatherers during the warm half of the year, and sedentary during the cold half.

Contact with Humankind
The Ihchghak-kee have been in psionic contact with Earth A via the Mokshaic Membrane for centuries. They are capable of temporarily possessing entities in this dimension via Drapetology and Channeling.

The Ihchghak-kee lineage have been traced to Stenonychosaurus[2] or a near relative.
Anatomy & Physiology
Ihchghak-kee stand about 1.5m / 4'11" tall on average.
Parts of their body have feathers that evolved to protect broods from extreme temperatures, but now mainly serve as aesthetic displays. The coverage of the feathers was greater in their earlier forms.
As an ancestral hunter species, their eyes are large and highly sensitive to light. Due to extreme variations in light levels, they have additional membranes on their eyes that allow safe sensitivity to a wider range of light levels than most Earth A creatures.
