The Red Pill

The hit 1999 film The Source (Film) had its creative origins in Blank Tablet - agents and assets designed the script and guided the production of the film to maximize its cultural currency. Then they pulled the necessary levers in the entertainment industry to ensure its massive success.

The facile metaphor of the Red/Blue pill dilemma was a Viral Meme by design. With some assistance through the Agency's cultural assets, it became impossible to not at least encounter the idea. The acknowledgment of the logical arrangement of the metaphor was a form of Sigil Magick, a Predictive Contract. This shifted the Psychogenetic Field of American culture further towards fear of truth. The power of the effect is heightened by the film presenting this meme as a Red Pill itself, though it is more accurately a Blue one.

The Agency's next film PsyOp was Conception. It challenged its audience to be skeptical of the material reality they held dear (or at least reliably real) while obscuring alternative models of reality that might resolve the discord. The moral of the story is to not think about it.
