The SCFS is... well, the name kind of says. 

History

Origins

In the late 21st century, the Department of Defense began assembling a list of personnel that it would seek to retain at all costs. They were not selected for their skills or expertise, fitness or poise. Instead, they were the servicemen that would be too scandalous to represent the Armed Forces to the public.

Most were physically disfigured to the point of monstrosity. Many were so mentally disturbed they could no longer function outside of war. And some were simply the product of embarrassingly lowered entry standards. 

As a response, the DoD formed a secret commission with the cooperation of various powers in the Western world. This commission created a secret organization, the Secret Military Force (Need a name). This group existed outside of any government or jurisdiction.

When the soldiers' enlistment was nearly up, they were offered a new contract to join this agency.

The Contract

The DD-69420 was a top-secret document that offered the soldier unlimited access to the means of the DoD - equipment, medical treatment, cybernetic enhancement, and strange experimental treatments that offered strange powers. On top of this, they and their families would be paid handsomely for the rest of their lives. No expense was spared to make the contract attractive, because it asked a lot.

In return, the soldier would serve for life. Their identity would be officially eliminated, and they would assume a life of absolute secrecy. The squad didn't even officially exist, being largely funded by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)'s cartel income. 

Their deployments were fitting: any combat zone that absolutely had to be kept secret from the public, for the good of keeping humanity from going absolutely fuckin' apeshit. Aliens, zombies, underground mutants, etc., you get it.

Squad Roster

• Sgt. Wheeler - A paraplegic whose high-tech wheelchair fused with his body, enabling him to reach incredible speeds!
• Spc. Chitlin - A Louisiana country boy, slight of frame but wiry and spirited. 100% covered in burn scars, and an irredeemable pyromaniac. Armed with a flamethrower, molotov cocktails, and a 12-ounce belt-mounted fire extinguisher. Also a pretty good cook, if you like soul food.
• Cpl. Black Hawk - Rumored to have served for over 100 years due to mysterious immortality treatments, and to have fought against the US at the battle of Wounded Knee. He's actually not Native American, but has severe Down's Syndrome and just kind of talks like that. He's especially strong.
• TSgt. Shortbus - The team's mechanic and driver. Pretty bad at his job, but that makes for a good plot hook. In a Scooby-Doo fashion, most episodes begin with him crashing the Humper or falling for an extremely obvious enemy trap. Like his name implies, Shortbus is short and very strong and retarded. He can squirm into any space, even if you specifically tell him not to.  
• Lt. Viper - Lieutenant Viper was a war hero and close combat specialist, but lost all of his limbs in war. He doesn't go for any of that "pussy bionic shit," and rejected all offers to replace or regenerate his limbs. He's far more stealthy this way, slithering through tall grass with nothing but a combat knife clenched between his teeth. He is capable of incredible feats of brute core strength. 
• Heavy Gunner Heavy Gunner - A serial rapist with a giant machine gun. There's just nothing funny about that.
• Cpl. Cockeye - A lazy-eyed sniper with a chronic peeping/masturbation problem. Very good at what he does, if you can get him to use the rifle scope for business instead of pleasure.
• PFC. Reggie "Veggie" - The psychic projection of a comatose soldier. His body is at Walter Reed, but his mind now lives inside a psychic shapeshifting vegetable. Makes vegetable-related puns with an emphasis on quantity over quality. Occasionally helps the team out by serving as a distraction, projectile, etc., as a vegetable might.
• Maj. Babe - Girl!
• Sgt. Ian Kilmaster - A kilt-wearing murder-addict from the Scottish special forces. Also a Monarchist, which might just make him worse than the rapist.
• Herr Kaptain Doktor Büroklammer - The team's doctor. He may request specimens of anomalies the team finds - even better if they're twins!
• Lt. Flasher - Signals Intelligence expert, codebreaker, and sexual deviant. You might decrypt his message to find a mysterious image of his penis, or valuable intel.
• Sgt. Guntslinger - The fattest man ever to serve in the military. He uses his prodigious gunt to smash into enemy troops or break down walls. 
• Pvt. Short-Fuse - A demolitionist with a micropenis and an anger problem. Very fond of large weapons.
• Cpt. Andy "Ace" Kendall - An asexual, androgynous bombx pilot. It's good to see more inclusion, but bombing schools is still probably bad.
• Pvt._Gung-Ho - A machine-gun wielding street skank.
• ____ - A long-serving grunt with extreme trauma and suicidal urges. Unfortunately, his regenerative powers prevent him from dying. Most of his maneuvers involve suicide attempts in some way.
• Pvt. Greenhorn - The youngest military conscript in history. He was enlisted by his mother while still in the womb, and finished his tour at the tender age of 3 and a half. Now he's this many. What a big boy! 
• Maj. Riggs - The team's tech advisor and inventor. He has had several disfigurements from injuries, which he replaced with his own handmade prostheses. They're not good.
• TSgt. Jerone Pilate - A drone pilot. The only thing he loves more than Doritos is bombing civilian targets!

Nemeses

• Miss Missile - A political activist who seeks to sabotage the Squad for being offensive. She's not wrong! She has a missile launcher under her skirt¹.
• Edward Snowed-In - A defense contractor with a bone to pick. He seeks to expose the SCFS to the world by forcing them to attack his Snowmageddon Machine in the public eye.
• Torpedo - A pedophilic submarine captain dead-set on reactivating Meganonce, Jeffrey Epstein's dormant giant robot built to molest at incredible scale!
