Culture
In many large population centers, most major ethnic & racial divides have disappeared. Ethnicity has usually evolved into a melange of cultures, and race is so intermingled that separate genetic clusters are not discernable.
This does not apply to all places. There are some places where ethnic or racial division is still the norm, but those are the exception rather than the rule.
