From MSCAR, Merensky Station Camp for Asylum & Resettlement.
During the height of the AI war, the United Nations (UN) established a refugee camp in Merensky Station. The result was squalid and dense, and this was one of the first areas to be abandoned when people started leaving after the war.
Now it's dangerously dilapidated and almost empty. The Emskar Fomarad has long been inactive until recently.
