The Southern coast is an intricate network of maritime-focused minor communities. Largely descendants of refugee populations from climate change, so the entire region is still recovering, but relatively civilized. Heavy Cuban & Caribbean influence, mixed with the local natives.
Practically an extension of Spanish Coast, but leaning more French-influenced than Spanish.
