Simmon is a fixture in the Henderson sprawl, a cyberneticist and neurosurgeon. He brings world-class training to the largest League City in North America, but his expertise comes at a premium. Still, his resources are somewhat limited, compared to the more established surgeons inside The Jewel of the Mojave.
He tends to serve the very richest Open Leaguers, much of the Minors and the very poorest Major Leaguers.
