Ridley is the short-tempered leader of The Pound Puppies, a protection racket targeting newcomers to Henderson, particularly Applicants. The value of this protection is arguably worth it, as other applicants are just as likely to fuck with your Rig as the Bulls. Ridley knows they twist some arms, but ultimately it's for the best, to keep some semblance of law and order.
