You are used to dark spaces, and your eyes can be overstimulated by bright lights.

I: If within visual range of an explosion or other extremely bright occurrence, roll a Perception (Sight) check or gain the Blinded condition for one turn. The TN of this check is proportionate to distance and brightness (formula TBD).
