Rock Gnomes somehow appear anywhere their goods and craft is in demand. They are the main rivals with the dwarves in terms of providing crafting services, although the gnomes’ crafts focus more on the arcane and mechanical. Almost all rock gnomes are traveling crafters/merchants more commonly known as Tinkers. Usually Tinkers travel the lands setting up shop in villages or cities for a few days before moving on, often accompanied by a Warforged which they created as bodyguards but as with many Gnomish inventions things got a little out of control and are now a sentient race on their own right.
