Also known as Outerspace or Chaosspace, Wildspace is everything outside the Core. For all of living and written memory those few voidfarers believed the core was all of the universe and to a degree they were right as everything outside the light of Itoa had been swallowed by its counterpart Aoti. Only when The Travelers broke Areth's artificial balance between the two during The Reckoning Itoa was reborn and its light began to spread again driving back Aoti. During the rebirth countless pieces of Unknown were slung into the vastness of the universe, creating new stars, worlds and many more strange and wonderous things, or even restoring ancient creatures and ruins. Naturally Aoti's presence still permeates anything straying too far from Itoa's light, making Wildspace an extraordinarily chaotic and dangerous place the further out from the Core you go. Numerous brave, or foolhardy depending on who you ask, adventurers have risked their lives exploring Wildspace hunting exotic creatures, ancient ruins, and especially new habitable planets whose locations are worth a fortune and closely guarded secrets by the organizations who found or bought them. The Spelljammerss these adventurers use are highly specialized with great Power stores to propel the ship as Leylines are rare and ever shifting like the rest of Wildspace
Simple maps of Wildspace are impossible to create due to its ever shifting and evolving nature, however many scholars, most of them employed by the larger organizations, spend their lifetimes on putting together pieces of information gathered by adventurers, in order to predict the chaos. For now navigation through Wildspace is done by referencing Itoa whose light impossibly shines as a beacon through all of known space, however there are rumours about explorers who went to far and reached Voidspace where Itoa's light wouldn't reach them and they are cursed to forever roam outside the light transformed into horrific aberrations by Aoti.
