The city of New Haven, formerly known as Bayhaven, has been one of the 2 "Free Cities" for the majority of Alkyron's modern history. Bayhaven sits on the Eastern coast of the continent next to the Greenwood, surrounded by a wall of tree trunks & serves as home to sites like the Temple of Many.
During the height of their conflict with the Conclave, the High Marches established an outpost built into the outside of the wall & commandeered the entire port to form a defensive position against their enemy.
During the events of the Greenwood Rebellion, an undead plague was unleashed upon the city, turning many of its inhabitants into zombie abominations.
In 832 PB, theA Team, the Awoken, & the former citizens of Crainn cleared the city of the undead. With much work & perseverance, these people established a new permanent home for themselves. The A Team built a keep upon the ruins of the old city & dedicated a statue to Jorr in memorial to his sacrifice to save their lives during the rebellion.
Post Collapse, New Haven has been renamed as Haven & established itself as a City-State.
