The Emerald Enclave has summoned me for my recruitment by a talking snowy owl, probably a druid or some other kind of magic.
I was told to go to the roots of the oldest oak tree and step inside the hollow trunk when the sun rises and hits the canopy. An be prepared to carry and protect a magical sapling.
After finding the tree I meet Liora who is also joining the enclave.
We set up camp and rested until daybreak when we was greeted by Delaan Winterhound and answered some questions before we had to provide ourselves to a Great White Wolf that was protecting the sapling, by playing fetch.
i got the stick from her after gushing water in her face forcing her to drop the stick. With that challenge completed we set off the first day of travel was uninterrupted and we set up camp for the night. Liora didn’t know what Stone Soup was, so I made him some, and he enjoyed it before bed I took watch and stayed up all night after drinking my Potion of Watchful Rest. The night was uneventful other than some Highway Man passing by on patrol. Once sunrise began I began cleaning up camp and waking Liora up so we can get moving, once again the road was quiet until we hit the first bridge before Daggerford where I chose to shorten our trip by cutting through the field it was bumpy and the cart creaked and moaned which I guess got the attention of some local wildlife as a swarm of insects. Liora took care of half of the swarm and slowed then down as I told Study to pick up speed which the cart didn’t approve. Liora continued to attack them from the back of the cart till they were gone, where we took a small break to repair the cart and let Sturdy caught his breath before picking back up with Liora clearing a path until we reached the river. We then decided to rest for the night which was peaceful except for the two snakes that tried to attack us but Liora quickly killed after I pinned them down. In the morning we followed the river upstream and around to the other side and but down till we found ruins of a town and was stopped by living vines.
