Decorum is a prop and designer item production company that's known for working with countless talents, actors, and anyone with money to create custom items. While they mostly work with movie productions companies to make props for countless movies and music videos, they do make release prop lines for public buying (albeit incredibly expensive).
Decorum's props are built to light up and transform when powered with simple batteries, however their guns are known to become dangerous weapons able to shoot plasma if the correct size plasma battery is inserted into the prop. All decorum props are sent with a warning and Decorum themselves makes themselves legally free of liability if the consumer decides to modify their prop in an unintended manner.
