Enmity is a small town constantly beset by monsters, ghosts, omens, and dark phenomena on a regular basis. The people who live there are so desensitized, or otherwise just done with, dealing with the unnatural that its local protectors only act when things get severely out of hand. Surrounding Enmity on all sides is the Darkwood, a thick, dark, and eerie forest that is home to the many monsters that often wander into Enmity and its outcasts. Still, there is something about this place that keeps drawing in newcomers, could it be because of its history, its tourism, or perhaps a more sinister reason is behind Enmity’s dreary days.
